Goods and Services

The Customer shall take delivery of the goods immediately upon notification the goods are available. The company shall use its best endeavors to meet the anticipated supply date or to supply the goods as soon as reasonably possible thereafter, but however shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to do so. Acceptance of goods is acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.

If the customer fails or refuses to take delivery of the goods, then in addition to all other rights and remedies of the company, the customer shall be liable for all loss and damage (including consequential loss and damage) suffered or incurred by the company.

The goods shall be at the customers risk from the date of delivery or the date upon which the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever comes first.

The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the company as legal and equitable owner and the customer shall hold such goods as bailee only until such time as the customer shall have paid the full price and the customer shall be liable to the company in respect of any loss or damage to such goods during such bailment.

The price shall be paid by the customer in full and without any deduction in respect of any claimed set-off or counterclaim (including any such set-off or counterclaim on account of any delay on the part of the company in delivering or making available for delivery any part of the goods providing there has been substantial delivery) on or before the payment date or within 7 days of the date of delivery (or substantial delivery) / date the customer is notified the goods are available for delivery, whichever is sooner.

Artwork

Artwork, negatives, etc. are the sole property of J.S. Image Solutions.

Whilst all care and consideration has been taken by J.S. Image Solutions, final responsibility for the accuracy of final artwork rests with you, our valued client.

It remains the clients responsibility to thoroughly check all type, illustrations, images, positioning and colours of artwork. You are advised not to assume any text or images supplied in whatever form for inclusion into your artwork has been done faultlessly. All re-printing cost and any other expenses encured during the reprint will be paid for by the customer .

Terms of Payment

Accounts are strictly COD (unless 30 day from month end credit has been approved or prior arrangements have been made with J.S. Image Solutions) for the whole amount shown on the invoice. If credit period is exceeded, credit will be cancelled for further work and for every month or part there of after the due date a $35 +gst administration fee will be charged.

GST will apply at 10% on all goods and services involved by J.S. Image Solutions.

Acceptance of our goods, services of quotation is automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.

It is expected that on the 1st January every year previously quoted and charged prices will be increased by 4% + gst unless otherwise agreed upon
